Baxter In Williamstown

Prominent in the small group of educators present at the inauguration of Tyler Dennett as president of Williams College today will be James Phinney Barter III, associate professor of History, and Master of Adams House. Professor Baxter has a leave of absence for the first half year, which he will spend in research work in Wahsington, D. C.
