Despite losing four first places to the visitors, the Varsity swimmers scored a decisive victory over the Providence Boys Club, 46-15 Wednesday night in the Indoor Athletic Building Pool. Chrostowski was the individual star of the meet, winning three of the visitors' firsts in the quarter-mile, furlong and century. Higgins, breaststroker of the Providence outfit, also shone by turning in a time of two minutes, 32 4-5 seconds, a new pool record.

440-yard freestyle--Won by Chrostowski (P); second, Edward C. Devereux, Jr. '34; third, Richard G. Dorr '36. Time--5 min., 18 4-5 sec.

150-yard back stroke--Edward E. Stowell, '34; second, Richard T. Fisher, Jr., '36; third, Watmough (P). Time, 1 min. 42 2-5 sec.

200-yard breaststroke--Won by Higgins (P); second, M. Victor Leventritt, '35; third, Anderson C. Dearing, Jr., '34. Time 2 min. 32 4-5 sec. New Pool Record.

100-yard freestyle--Won by Chrostowski (P); second, George Wightman, '34; third, Herbert M. Howe, '34. Time 55 2-5 sec.
