In the only inter-House swimming meet held yesterday, Adams defeated Lowell by the score of 38 to 24. Robin W. McCoy '35, swimming for Lowell established a new House record in the 50-yard backstroke, covering the distance in 32 1-5 seconds. A meet was also held between the second Freshmen team and Eliot House, the Freshmen winning 32-21. George A. Dodge '37 starred for the Freshmen, capturing first places in both the 50-yard free style and the dive.
