With plans for the coming year being rapidly drawn up, the undergraduate section of the Harvard Engineering Society, in conjunction with the faculty and New England group of graduates, will hold its third annual jamboree on Wednesday, October 4. The outing will be held at the Arlmont Country Club in Belmont and is open to both members of the society and other engineering students who wish to attend.
Included among the afternoon sports for those attending, are golf at either the Arlmont Club or Belmont Springs Country Club, baseball, and touch football. Medical attention will be provided for those who are injured in the struggle.
As the main event of the day, a dinner will be served at 6.30 o'clock. Dean Henry E. Clifford will extend a welcome to the graduates and undergraduates, and following this, a program of entertainment has been arranged, with music, motion pictures, and a humorous talk by Mr. F. W. Taft, editor of the Lexington Townsman.
