Richard Murphy Goodwin '34, of Newcastle, Indians, has been awarded the International Students Union scholarship that is assigned to Harvard. He will attend a summer school in Geneva directed by P. Noel Baker, Labor member of Parliament and Professor at the London School of Economics, where he will study the work of the League of Nations while in session.

This award was founded by Mr. and Mrs. Alexander M. Hadden of New York City in the interests of international peace and one scholarship is assigned to a Junior in each of about a dozen large colleges throughout the country. Last year Peregrine White '33 held the Harvard appointment.
