RUGBY TEAM PREPARES FOR APPROACHING GAME

In preparation for the coming season, the 1933 schedule of the rugby team was announced yesterday by Stanton Whitney, Jr. '34. It includes two games with Yale, one to be held here, one at New Haven. Whitney stated that he hoped to arrange a game with the Argentine champions, to be played in the Argentine some time during the coming summer.

The team is at present practicing in the Old Cage, but it is expected to be outside before next week. A Varsity team will be chosen by that time, and also a number of House teams, or, if there are not enough out to provide for these, four class teams and a Graduate School team will be organized. At present, about 60 men are practicing, but 100 are expected before the first game. A number of well known athletes are already trying for places, among them T. E. Armstrong 1G.B., E. A. Mays 1G.B., A. W. Sherman '34, G. F. Bennett '33, and R. S. Hurlbut '34, Stanton Whitney, Jr. '34, P. C. Bothner '36, and H. L. Supper grE.S. of the French International Rugby Team, are the coaches.

Friday, March 24, the French Rugby Club of New York, at Soldiers Field. Saturday, April 15, Yale, at Soldiers Field. Saturday, April 22, Princeton, at Soldiers Field. Saturday, April 29, the New York Rugby Club, at Soldiers Field. Saturday, May 6, Yale, at Yale. Saturday, May 13, Princeton at Princeton.
