William F. Perry '34 and A. Kellogg Philbrick '35 will represent the Harvard Chapter of the National Student League at the national conference of the NSL, to be held in Washington from December 26 to 28. One of the main aims of the Conference is the presentation to the President and Congress of a petition asking for the abolition of the R.O.T.C. Money is needed, however, for the trip to Washington. In order to raise sufficient funds, the NSL is asking for contributions from students. The two delegates intend to stay at the dormitories of one of the colleges in Washington while they are there.
