Visiting Lecturer Appointed To New Post

Raymond L. Buell, visiting lecturer on International Relations, has been appointed executive head of the Foreign Policy Association. Dr. Buell was instructor and assistant professor of Government from 1922 to 1927.

With the amendment of the Association's constitution, the title of Dr. Buell's office will be President. He succeeds James G. McDonald, who recently resigned to accept the League of Nations appointment as High Commissioner for German Refugees.
