The Economics and Political Club of Eliot House will hold its first meeting of the year on Wednesday in the Senior common room at 7.30 o'clock.

Professor Josef A. Schumpeter will speak on "The Economics of Drifting to the Left." Professor Schumpeter is a former Minister of Finance of Austria, and is now a professor of economics at Harvard.

The club was organized two years ago, and held several meetings during the season. Last year the organization's activity lapsed, and it has been revived under the leadership of Richard V. Gilbert '23, Terence H. O'Brien, and Bishop C. Hunt, tutors in Eliot House.
