The annual University Handicap Cross Country Run will take place this afternoon at 3.30 o'clock over the four and one-half mile course at Soldiers Field. Among those running will be Robert S. Handicaps will be announced just before the start of the race. Last year's run was won by Frederick L. Steele, 3d '33, while Arthur Foote '33, starting from scratch, was setting a new course record of 22 minutes, 32.2 seconds.
