Kirkland and Winthrop Start Touch Football Season Today

Games Will Be Played During Coming Four Weeks

With a game between Kirkland and Winthrop Houses scheduled for 8.15 o'clock this afternoon, the House touch football season will get under way at Soldiers Field. Games will be played during the next four weeks, and the members of the team heading the league at that time will receive medals. It is also hoped that a game with Yale can be arranged.

At a meeting held this afternoon in the Bygiene Building, the following men were picked to act as managers in the Houses; William J. Cantelmo '88 for Kirkland; Harrison D. Smith '95 for Adams; Alvar W. polk, Jr. '35 for Withrop; Harry M. Plotkin '34 for Phillips Brooks House; Frederick A. Gilbert '34 for Eliot; John P. Learned '35 for Dunster; and William W. Sprague '36 for Lowell.
