At the fifth discussion luncheon meeting of the Foreign Policy Association tomorrow, President Lowell will speak on "Where Will the Hoover-Stimson Doctrine of Non-Recognition of Gains of Agression Lead Us?"
M. O. Hudson, Bemis Professor of International Law, will preside over the luncheon which begins at 1 o'clock at the Copley Plaza. After the talk Hudson will lead an open discussion on the subject.
The meeting is open to all members and non-members of the Association, and special student tickets for the balcony may be obtained when the doors open at 12.30 o'clock.
