CANADIAN OFFICIAL SPEAKS

Under the auspices of the Department of Government, Pierre Boal, Charge d'Affaires in Ottawa, Canada, will address members of the University interested in government as a vocation, on the organization of state department and foreign service. The address will take place in the Lowell House, Common Room next Monday night at 8 o'clock.
