NINE GOES AFTER ITS SIXTH VICTORY OF SEASON TODAY

Seeking its sixth victory of the season, the University base-ball team will meet Georgetown this afternoon at 4 o'clock on Soldiers Field. Coach Mitchell has not announced his choice for the pitching assignment, but it is expected that either Sprague or Taylor will be on the mound, since Devens is being saved for the game with Princeton on Saturday.

Although the visitors have not had a particularly successful season, having lost four of their seven games played thus far, they are expected to furnish considerable opposition for the Crimson forces. In the nine meetings with Georgetown since 1924, Harvard has come out victorious only three times, in 1927, 1928, and 1929. Last year Georgetown won, 4-1, and in 1930, 4-2.

Coach Mitchell in well pleased with the showing of the team in the last few games, especially in Saturday's encounter with Pennsylvania, and he plans to start the same line-up, with the exception of the pitcher. In the event that the starting pitcher is hit hard, he will probably call upon Devens for relief work.

Georgetown has only two regulars from last year's team in the lineup, Captain Evers, who plays center field, and King, an all-around athlete who plays right field. Evers is the son of one of the scouts of the Boston Braves.
