NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

With the Duke of Connaught, Uncle of King George of England, presiding, the Pilgrim Society of London held a luncheon yesterday in honor of George Lyman Kittredge '82, Gurney Professor of English Literature. The Pilgrim Society recently gave a similar luncheon in honor of Andrew Mellon, American Ambassador to the Court of St. James.

Professor Kittredge left Cambridge a few weeks ago on a vacation to England and is expected to return for teaching duties in the fall. He is a corresponding member of the British Academy, and an honorary fellow of the Royal Society of Literature of England, and holds numerous high academic positions in this country.
