Final plans for the Freshman Jubilee, to be held on Friday evening, May 27 in the Union, were made public, together with the complete list of patronesses, by Allston Boyer '35, chairman of the Jubilee Committee last night.
The price of tickets for the Jubilee have been set at $5 a couple and $3 stag, a reduction from the prices of last year which were $7.50 a couple and $5 stag.
Music for dancing in the main dining room of the Union from 10 to 3 o'clock will be furnished by Jackie Marchard and a 20-piece orchestra. The rotunda will also be opened for dancing, while the small dining hall will be used for the supper which will be served during the long intermission. Ushers for the Jubilee will be the members of the Committee.
As an added feature, three entertainments furnished by professional performers will be given in the course of the evening. The decorations to be used in the Union have not as yet been chosen, but it is certain that balloons, strung in the main dining hall will be the special feature.
Invitations for guests of members of the Freshman Class will be sent out free of charge, and all Freshmen who wish to take advantage of this service must give the guest's name to the man in attendance at a table set up in the vestibule of the Union.
