Professor S. B. Fay '96 will speak on "War Debts and Reparations" in the Junior Common Room at Eliot House on Wednesday evening at 7.30 o'clock. The lecture is under the auspices of the Eliot House Historical Society, and is the third of a series of talks by prominent Harvard professors on subjects dealing with the World War and its aftermaths. The two previous speakers have been Professor W. L.
