Approximately twenty men will compete at 3 o'clock this afternoon in a gymnastic meet to be held in the Indoor Athletic Building. Although most of the participants are expected to be members of the gymnastic classes, all members of the University are eligible to compete.
For the first time in many years, organized gymnasium work has been carried on this winter, chiefly under the supervision of W. B. Nelson '31. In veiw of the attraction of the more competitive intramural sports; the number of men reporting for the classes is larger than was anticipated. The five events to be held are; parallel bars, horizontal bar, side horse, flying rings, and tumbling; two optional routines will be performed by each contestant in the event in which he is entered.
