How Efficient Are the Russians?", will be the subject of a talk by W. N. Polakov before a meeting of the Harvard Engineering Society tomorrow evening at 7.30 o'clock in Pierce 110. The lecture, which will be illustrated, is open to the public.

Mr. Polakov was formerly a Consulting Engineer for the Supreme Economic Council of the U.S.S.R. His appearance at this meeting is being sponsored jointly by the Harvard and Boston branches of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
