BINGHAM TO DISCUSS RULES BEFORE FOOTBALL MEETING

W. J. Bingham '16, director of Athletics, will be one of the chief speakers at the gathering of football coaches and enthusiasts at the University Club at 3 o'clock on Friday. This meeting is the second of its kind in recent years.

The Harvard athletic director, who is a member of the National Intercollegiate football rules committee, will speak on the new changes in football rules and the aims of the rules committee. A number of other prominent sports figures are expected to attend the conference, among them E. K. Dall, chairman of the football committee, and Harry Hillman of Dartmouth.
