The second University handicap track meet of the year will start on Tuesday on Soldiers Field at 2.30 o'clock. At this time the field events will be run off. The track events will come at 2.30 o'clock on the next day in the Briggs Cage, and it is expected that the program of hurdles, dashes, and distance runs will attract not only members of the University and Freshman track squads, but also athletes from the graduate schools.
Medals will be awarded for first, second, and third places. G. H. Bullwinkle 1G, famous mile runner from C. C. N. Y., is expecting to enter some of the distance runs, burdened with a considerable handicap.
