HARVARD LABORATORY HAS NEW GLASS BLACKBOARDS

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

What are believed to be the only glass blackboards in this vicinity have been installed in the large lecture room in the Jefferson Physical laboratory. They are made of ordinary glass with a ground surface, similar to that used in restaurant tables. The new blackboards, which were made in Pittsburgh, were installed because of their extremely easy writing qualities. The glass is about a half an inch thick, but is breakable. The blackboards look and feel so much like the ordinary kind that it is almost impossible to tell the difference between them.
