Undefeated in its first three meets, the University wrestling team encounters a strong University of Chicago aggregation this afternoon at 2 o'clock in the New Indoor Athletic Building. J. H. Crandon '33, New England Intercollegiate champion and undefeated last year will be available to the team for the first time this season. Captain Arthur Klein '32, R. G. Ames '34, and O. E. Goddard '33 are also regarded as likely winners, when the University matmen meet the Westerners for the first time in the history of this sport at Harvard.
Have Lost Two Matches
Although the western aggregation has won only half of its four matches this year, having lost to both Penn State and Iowa State Teachers College, the team has developed excellently, and Coach Vorres has brought a formidable squad east with him.
After grappling with the University team this afternoon the Chicago wrestlers will meet Brown, which Harvard blanked last month.
Strenuous Workouts
The University matmen have been working strenuously the last few days, but according to Coach Gallagher the men are not in as good condition as they were for their bouts with the Brown grapplers.
The relaxation during the mid-year examination period has as usual brought forth the poor results of a two or three week lay off.
