"Far-Reaching Developments Hailed as Benefit to Real Estate...Greater and Finer New York Will Follow Passing of Depression...Smith Declares Recovery Depends Largely on Easier Real Estate Financing ... We Are Just Beginning to Grow ... Opportunities in Realty Held Best in Century ... Bargain Time in Realty Buying, Davies Believes ... Good Bargains in Real Estate Held Plentiful .. Realty Declared Standing Test Best of Any Forms of Wealth ... Realty Entering New City Cycle, Declares Potter ... Edwards Lands N. Y. Real Estate as an Investment ... One Will Not Make Mistake Buying Now ... Good Buying Year is Seen ... Rental Market Panicky Phase Declared Ended ... Predicts Busy Year for Men in Space Field ... Revival in Home Ownership Near, Harmon Thinks."

Does all this bore you? It shouldn't; it should give you confidence. The above quotations are headlines in the real estate section of yesterday's New York Herald Tribune. Here are some more:

"Gibson Advises Home Buyers Not to Delay ... Bargains Are Here Now ... There is Money to be Made in Realty Right Now ... Time to Invest in Real Estate, Says Silverman ... Realty Revival Soon, Visioned by MacDougal ... Nassau County Expecting Gain in Home Owners ... Outlook Good in Queens, Says Trade Leader ... Beckmann Says Liquidation is Virtually at End ... Flushing Should be an Active Center This Year ... Broker Predicts Strong Market for Real Estate ... Predicts Active Call for Homes in Larchmont ..."

Yes, there's reason to believe that the real estate business is in good condition. If you're shaky about buying now, glance at these headlines: "Lincoln was Home Owner When Elected President ... Green Sidewalks, Buildings Predicted by Eye Specialist." They contain a subtle urge; there is something fine, something of the patriotic command in them. But the statement which somehow has the most appeal is found hidden away on page seven of this section. In its modest little way it says, "In every period of depression a substantial redistribution of wealth occurs. History will repeat itself this time. It is already in operation in Westchester."

There are doubtless wet jesters near Boston who sense the truth of this statement.
