Recent experiments at the Museum of Comparative Zoology have conclusively proved that certain species of fish can be frozen and still continue to live according to N. A. Borodin, Curator of Fishes at the Museum. Borodin has been working for some time trying to freeze different types of fish and has finally been able to keep the Alaskan blackfish in ice for, many hours without killing it.
