Opening their season this afternoon the Freshman hockey team will meet the Belmont Hill varsity team on the Boston Garden ice at 2.30 o'clock.

In an effort to produce as successful a team as he had last year, Coach Clark Hodder '25 has been putting his men through more gruelling practice sessions than usual this week. After farming out the inexperienced men with the first cut last Saturday, Hodder started this week with long scrimmages and practice games in the hope that his team would be in fit shape to meet the Belmont Hill men.

Substitutes on the team are as follows: Harvard: Hallowell, r.w.; McDonell, c.; Duffey, l.w.; Prouty, r.d.; Roberts, ld.; Waldinger, g. Belmont Hill: Carstein, l.w.; Holcombe, c.; Eaton, r.w.; Brooks, l.d.; Lawrence, r.d.; Devakul, g.
