NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Under the auspices of the League of Nations Association, of which both President Lowell and W.Y. Elliott, professor of government, are members, a referendum will be submitted to about half a dozen communities in the vicinity of Boston, including Concord, Belmont, and Waltham, on the question of the United States joining the League of Nations with such reservations as the Senate sees fit.
