SEASONGOOD TO GIVE FIRST LECTURE OF SERIES TODAY

Commencing a series of public lectures on local government in the United States, Murray Seasongood '00, former Mayor of Cincinnati and Godkin lecturer at Harvard for the current year, will speak at 4 o'clock today in Emerson Hall. His lecture will be open to the public.

In this afternoon's address, Mr. Seasongood will discuss present tendencies in local government in the United States, and describe the recent movements for reform in Cincinnati and Hamilton countries, Ohio, with which he has been actively associated. Mr. Seasongood will deliver three more lectures.
