A petition has been received by A.W. Samborski '25, Secretary of the Inter-House Athletic Committee, from the Winthrop House Bicycling Club, requesting the establishment of an inter-House bicycle league, to be formed on the same status as the other House sports.

The members of the Club, which is headed by S.J. Winer '33, and includes Richard Proskauer '34, C.M. Agress '33, and Glenn Millikan, Instructor in Bio-Chemistry, in its membership, have also challenged any other House to a race over any course and for any distance up to 20 miles. No definite statement could be had from Samborski, although he intimated that the matter would be given due consideration.
