"The Cherry Orchard" To Be Produced on December 1 and 2

Announcement was made last night that tickets for "The Cherry Orchard" by Tchekov, the fall production of the Wellesley Barnswallows Club, are now an sale. They may be procured from E. A. Peterson '35 at I--43 Dunster House or by mail.

This play in which members of the Harvard Dramatic Club have the male parts will be given on Friday, December 2, and Saturday, December 3 in Alumni Hall, Wellesley. There will be dancing after the play on Saturday.

The director of the production is Miss Cecile deBank, formerly the director of the Repertory Theatre in Capetown, South Africa, and at one time associated with Max Rheinhart in London.

The production is to be given in the manner of the Russian theatre as a special study of Russian theatrical methods and atmosphere.
