JAYVEE STICKMEN OPEN SEASON AT THE GARDEN

Crimson Team Faces Strong Belmont Hill Sextet--Eight Veterans On Harvard Squad

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In its first game of the season the Crimson second hockey team will battle a strong Belmont Hill aggregation on the ice of the Boston Garden at 4 o'clock this afternoon. The schoolboys have had winning teams in the last few years and should give Coach G. C. Canterbury a good idea of what his men can do.

The squad has had no definite cuts so far, constituting practically the whole of the second division of the University squad as announced on December 3. Eight of last year's jayvee letter men are on the squad, among them Matthew Hale '32, who has played on the University sextet in earlier games this season, and who may see action as goal keeper today.
