The orders of Captain Adolphus Watson, U. S. N., now Chief-of-Staff of the Battleship Division of the Pacific Fleet, have been modified to the extent that he will remain in his present capacity until released from duty by the Admiral upon the completion of the Fleet's present manoeuvers in the vicinity of Hawaii.
