In addition to the three showings yesterday of the French talking film "Le Trou dans Le Mur" there will be two performances today of this picture in the auditorium of the new Geography School on Divinity Avenue at 2.30 and 8.15 o'clock.
The picture was produced at the Paramount studies in Paris, and was chosen for showing here by M. A. Francon, instructor in French literature. The presentation is being sponsored by a group of Boston and Cambridge benefactors who are arranging for the showing of a series of free cinemas for the education and enjoyment of Harvard and Radcliffe students. The productions are managed by a committee consisting of Mrs. E. K. Rand, chairman; Mrs. Irving Babbit, Mrs. J. D. M. Ford, Mr. Marcel Francon, Mrs. J. J. Baffner, and Mr. J. A. Haeseler, director of the University Film Foundation.
In order to limit the applicants for seats for the performances to the capacity of the auditorium, it will be necessary for students desiring tickets to present their bursar's cards at R University Hall.
