First-Year Men Stronger With Hickory to Make Ten Hits-First Victory of Year

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Emerging from the doldrums of a hitherto unsuccessful season, the Freshman baseball nine shaded the Tufts first year men yesterday, 8 to 7. This is the Crimson team's first victory of the year.

The winning factor for the Freshmen was their improved work at the plate. Lupien, Beale, Murphy, and Hines each made more than one hit.
