Sir James Jeans, secretary of the Royal Astronomical Society, will lecture in Sanders Theatre at 8.15 o'clock next Tuesday evening on "The Annihilation of Matter." The formal address will be followed by a discussion period in which he will answer questions submitted from the audience.
Seats on the floor and in the first balcony will be reserved until 8.10 o'clock for ticket holders. Cards of admission to these sections may be obtained free of charge by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Professor K. F. Mather, Geological Museum, Oxford Street, Cambridge, before Friday. This lecture is under the auspices of the Harvard chapter of Sigma XI
