HARRISON AWARDED MEDAL IN COMPETITION OF ESSAYS

Among those who were awarded gold medals in the Intercollegiate Essay Competition sponsored by the American Committee for the International Colonial and Overseas Exposition of Paris was William Edward Harrison '32, of Roxbury. His subject was "French Influence upon the Culture and Civilization of the United States". Harrison prepared for college at the Public Latin School in Boston.
