DRAMATIC CLUB TO GIVE "B. J. ONE" NEXT WEEK

"B. J. One", a play by Commander Stephen King-Hall R. N. which has often been called the "Journey's End" of the war on the sea, is entering the final stages of preparation for presentation by the Harvard Dramatic Club. When the play is staged by the club on Wednesday, May 6, it will be the first showing in this country.

The play, which is being directed by E. P. Goodnow '17, calls for an all male cast of 33 parts. Commander King-Hall has drawn largely from his own experience in 'the play, as he has seen action in the Battle of Jutland, and since has been with the navy in all parts of the world.

Aside from his naval and diplomatic achievements, King-Hall has managed to gain a considerable reputation as an author. As a historian and traveler his books on the war from the seaman's viewpoint, and on the far east have been well received. With Ian Hay, he wrote "The Middle Watch", and he has written fiction under the assumed name of Etienne. "B. J. One" shows the influence of the author's experience in the navy and in the field of writing.
