John Ware, Jr. '34, of Milton, was yesterday elected captain of the Harvard Freshman baseball team. He won his numerals on the Freshman hockey team and was a member of the Freshman football squad.

Ware prepared at Milton Academy, where he captained the schoolboy baseball team and also played football and hockey. He is 18 years old, weighs 170 pounds, and is 6 feet in height. He starred in the Freshman baseball game with St. Marks, making three hits and scoring two runs. His position is at centerfield.
