R. U. Jameson '32 announced that the Pierian Sodality of 1808 would close its one hundred and twenty-third season with a concert on April 9, at Paine Hall. C. W. Wood worth '24, conductor of the orchestra, will bring to a close one of the most successful seasons that the Pierian Sodality has known, with a program which will include a piano solo by Professor Edward Ballantine '07 in one of his rare public appearances.
The Pierian Sodality offers the following program:
Overture to the Marriage of Figaro Mogart Serenade No. 9 in D major Mogart Concerto No. 4 in G major for piano-forte Beethoven Solo Professor Edward Ballantine '07 Overture to Rosamunde Schubert
Tickets for the concert may be obtained at Amee Brothers Book Store, 23 Brattle Street, or from Jameson at the Music Building. There will be a reduced rate for students.
