1933 TENNIS MANAGER CANDIDATES TO REPORT

Competition for Two Positions Will Start Tonight--Men to Go With Team to Virginia in Vacation

Candidates for second assistant tennis manager will meet today at 5 o'clock at Harry Cowles' Tennis and Squash Shop on Mt. Auburn Street. Only Sophomores are eligible for the competition, which will continue for the duration of the tennis season. Recently plans for the annual spring vacation southern trip were released by Coach Cowles.

Two positions are open for the managerial candidates. Besides the second assistant manager ship, the manager ship of the second team will be open to the competitors. The student chosen this year as a sophomore will become assistant manager of the team next year, and manager in his senior year.

This year, as last, the team will spend the first part of the spring vacation training at Norfolk. Virginia, where it will play three matches. On Tuesday, April 14. William and Mary will furnish the opposition in the first match of the year. Two days later the University racketeers will meet Norfolk C. C., and on the following day they will play the University of Virginia. On the return north, the Harvard team will pause at Annapolis for a match with Navy. The last match of the vacation trip will be with Princeton, in one of the first athletic meetings between the two universities since the recent reconciliation.
