Winning from three teams in the annual contest held at the Boston Athletic Association last night, the first of two Harvard fencing teams entered carried off the three weapon team championship of the New England Division of the Amateur Fencers League of America.
The two University teams, one from the Boston Athletic Association, and the Roth Fencers made up the entry list. The winning Harvard team was composed of H. B. Wesselman '32, in foils, J. L. Mackin '32 in epee, and R. B. Lawson '32. Lawson was the star of "the team. winning all three of his bouts. 'The closest match was with the Boston Athletic Association team, which included a member of the past Olympic fencing team and a former Harvard star. The large cup which was presented to the winner was the third won by a Harvard team this season.
