Providence, R. I., March 27--Harvard's two entries in the national intercollegiate wrestling tournament at Providence were reduced to one tonight when Captain W. A. Robertson '31 was defeated in the 155-pound class by Elmer Carpenter of Syracuse on a time advantage after a hard struggle. Captain-elect Arthur Klein '32 drew a bye.
Sixty-six grapplers representing 26 universities are competing in the meet, with Oklahoma a strong favorite to retain last year's crown. Klein, undefeated as yet this year, is slated to meet Morford of Cornell College, Iowa, in the semi-finals tomorrow.
