Joseph B. Ely, governor of the state of Massachusetts, will preside at a debate between the Harvard and Boston College teams, to be held in Jordan Hall on Wednesday evening. The forensic clash originally announced for Monday evening, has been transfered to Wednesday in order to secure the presence of Governor Ely.

The affirmative side of the debate, on the subject, "Resolved. That the United States should adhere to the World Court under the Root protocol," will be taken by Harvard. The Crimson speakers will be P. H. Cohen '32, D. M. Sullivan '33, and P. S. Reardon '32, while J. F. Rogers, J. J. Wright, and E. F. Connelly will uphold the negative side for Boston College.

The debate, which will be the fourth and probably the last of a series in which B. C. has won three times, will be opened with a 12 minute speech by Cohen. He will be followed by Rogers, who will present an argument for the negative, and the other speakers, who will alternate in speeches of 18 minutes in length. Cohen will then close the battle with a rebuttal for the Harvard side. The Harvard coach for the debate is J. M. Swigert '29.
