Appearing for the second time in two days, the Harvard Instrumental Clubs will present a concert at 8 o'clock this evening at the Phillips Beach Neighborhood Club in Swampscott. This is the first program the Harvard organizations have presented before the Swampscott club, the concert being one of the four new additions to the Instrumentalists' schedule this spring. Following the concert, which will end about 10.15 o'clock, there will be a short dance, the music for which will be provided by the Gold Coast Orchestra.
