HUA Election Will Feature No Referenda or Survey Questions
This evening at 8.30 o'clock the University basketball team will meet Brown in the New Indoor Athletic Building. The Harvard quintet, fresh from a close win over New Hampshire, is expected to show up well against the Bruins, who have lost five games straight since mid-years.
However, the Brown aggregation has been playing in hard luck, with Captain Paul Snyder just recovering from an attack of appendicitis. Coach Rufus Bond reports a return to form in the recent games which the Providence men lost to Yale, Princeton, Rhode Island, Colgate, and Dartmouth, all of which have strong teams. Previous to their slump the Bruins took eight games straight, with Captain Snyder starring as a scorer.
The Freshman basketball team will meet the Brown cubs an hour before the University game. Harvard's 1934 quintet has had moderate luck throughout the season; it will also meet the Yale Freshmen here next Saturday.
Jayvees Face Yale
This evening at New Haven, a strong Jayvee quintet will play Yale.
The Harvard line-up will be as follows: Altman, r.f.; Dutton, l.f.; Upton, c.; Renshaw or Schroeder, r.g.; Reisner, l.g.
