S. D. Pollard '32 and L. G. Jonks 1G have been appointed the two Massachusetts candidates to compete with ten others, two from each of the New England stats, for the Rhodes Scholarships in the New England division. Four scholarships will be awarded to members of this group of 12 men. R. N. Clark, Jr. '32 is one of the candidates chosen from Georgia, to compete with other men in the division on the southern Atlantic seaboard.
