Garber Privately Tells Faculty That Harvard Must Rethink Messaging After GOP Victory
To the Editor of the CRIMSON:
I note with great interest that the Harvard Law Students have come out overwhelmingly for prohibition. The poll is second only in importance to a similar vote of the Junior League. It would have been an interesting touch if information had been gathered at the same time on the average age of the voters, before prohibition.
I have in mind the very honest answer to a prohibition question circulated at Yale. The question asked concerned the voter's opinion of condition in college now and before prohibition. One student very honestly answered that he really could not express an intelligent opinion, because he had not been there before prohibition. Very truly yours, Robert J. Sloan Jr.
