With three seeded players already eliminated, the Singles a division of the University fall tennis tournament, which started on October 5, is approaching the semi-finals.

Two of the seeded players, F. B. Broida '32, and Richard Inglis '33 were put out early in the tournament, while S. E. Davenport '34 was eliminated by E. D. Yeomans '11 in the quarter finals. Those in the semi-finals new are J.M. Barnaby '33, D. M. Frame '32, Yeomans, and the winner of a match between W. C. Thompson '32 and H. M. Coggeshall 3L.
