This evening at 8 o'clock in Phillips Brooks House the first meeting of the Circulo Italians will be held. The group this year, which is to include all students in the University interested in Italian culture as well as students of Italian descent, is being organized by Biaglo di Venuti.
Italian culture will be the primary subject to be treated at the meetings this year, but there will also be opportunities to talk over all things connected with Italian life, including international, political, economic, social and other phases. There will be a chance for students to speak Italian although the meetings will be of such a kind that persons understanding either Italian or English will be able to take part.
Venuti has obtained for this year's group the backing of many Italian organizations and posts in and around Cambridge.
