"Roots of War in Economic Injustice" will be the subject on which Norman Thomas, leader of the Socialist party in the United States, will speak at the second meeting of the Liberal Club at 1.30 o'clock this afternoon in the Lowell House common room.

In the address, which will be preceded by a luncheon in the dining room for members, Mr. Thomas will interpret the differences between capitalism, imperalism, and war.

Mr. Thomas, who first joined the party in 1917, has been a Socialist candidate for president in 1928, senator, and mayor of New York City.
